OUR PEOPLE
Built on old-fashioned values and defined by an executive approach, Director Duncan Tonkin seeks to make your financial journey an end-to-end experience pushing the boundaries of what a mortgage broker can be. Supported by his ambitious team, Duncan is ready for the task at hand. Duncan has 24 years of financial industry experience, first honing his financial skill set working at a major bank for 12 years before founding Villa Finance Group in 2013. This inside experience provides him with a perspective few other brokers have - he knows the process of lending from both sides.
Duncan holds a Masters of Business Administration (Management) from Macquarie Graduate School of Management, a Bachelor of Business (HR) and a Cert IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking management. These qualifications demonstrate more than just his extensive knowledge, they’re a testament to Duncan’s commitment to continual professional development.
IN THE COMMUNITY
The Norths Pirates Junior Rugby Club caters to children aged 5 and above and operates with a volunteer-based management dedicated to developing rugby skills among young players and fostering a sense of community within the local rugby scene.
