Villa Finance Group is a mortgage and finance broker based in McMahons Point on Sydney’s lower north shore, serving clients across Sydney and Australia-wide. Founded in 2013 by Duncan Tonkin after 12 years as a lender at a major bank, we help first home buyers, refinancers, property investors, self-managed super fund (SMSF) borrowers and business owners find the right loan from our panel of residential, commercial and private lenders. We also specialise in more complex scenarios, including self-employed and low documentation (low doc) and alternative documentation (alt-doc) borrowers.
